This deep chocolate Buddha, Sang Buddha, came to sit under a Bohdi tree for 7 days and nights, and recieved Nirvana (insight) to the way of Dharma, and since then, he became known as Sang Buddha, the founder of the Buddha religion, which has expanded worldwide.
The Sand Buddha lamp is made from lava stone that has been hand carved and treated with black tea to give it a rich chocolate texture. The base is old teak, that has been distressed and painted a deep shade of chocolate and black. a deep chocolate and cream fleck linen/viscose shade has been utilsed to enhance the moody feel of Sang Buddha
